Custom Manifold

Patrick Plastics represents the top manufacturer of custom plastic manifolds. These manifolds are chemically bonded which achieves high bond strengths. The result of the chemical intersusion bond method actually fuses (interfuse) the plastic layers together, which basically results in one solid plastic piece. Destructive testing indicates that the bond joints are as strong as the plastic itself. Materials most commonly used are Acrylic, Ultem, and PVC. All manifolds are polished for cosmetic clarity.
